The feedback view
You get headline stats — average rating, response count, comment count — and a per-session breakdown with each session's rating and expandable comments.
The AI digest
When AI is enabled, Summarize with AI reads every written comment and produces:
- An overall sentiment and a short summary.
- Ranked themes (venue, pacing, catering, A/V…) with sentiment and how often each came up.
- The strongest praise, the top concerns, and concrete action items for next time.
It's grounded strictly in real comments — it won't invent praise or complaints — and tells you it's AI-generated so you review before acting.
This is the fastest way to make sense of hundreds of free-text responses after an event.
