Live engagement — Q&A, polls, materials

Each session page hosts live engagement for attendees. There's no separate dashboard screen — organizers moderate inline on the public session page (open Program → the session while signed in as an admin), while attendees participate with an active pass.

Q&A

Attendees ask and upvote questions. As an organizer you moderate: mark a question answered, or hide it (hidden questions stay visible to admins only). Great for surfacing the most-wanted questions in the room or online.

Polls

Create a poll on a session with a few options; attendees vote once while it's open. Close the poll to freeze results. Useful for live temperature checks during a talk.

Session materials

Attach files to a session (slides, handouts, datasets). Attendees view and download them from the session page.

Networking

Attendee networking is opt-in and consent-first, driven entirely by each attendee's own profile toggles: visibility in the directory is opt-in, the name is shared by default once visible, and company, email, and phone are off unless they opt in. Attendees connect and message each other. This doesn't depend on your consent items — there's nothing to configure, and you don't manage individual profiles.
